We have been having ongoing problems with our domestic sewage dual pump system. I contacted Caledonia environmental to see if they could help and have been delighted with the customer service, work done and outcome. Aiden dealt with my enquiry promptly and also visited our site promptly- crucial with domestic sewage pump system. The service I received was professional and thorough. The problem was related to the floats and was dealt with on the day. I am now going to change my annual service to Caledonian Environmental. Would definitely recommend this company. Wow Caledonian Environmental and Aiden came to my rescue after we became desperate to find a solution to resolve my titan bio p6 pumping issue. We are in Norwich, England but having searched for professionals with a real knowledge of Titan klagester biotec sewage treatment units, we found Caledonian on Facebook. Their pages looked promising so I cheekily made contact. Aiden couldn’t have been more helpful, he even contacted me back in the evening with new ideas that solved my issues, that no other so called experts could. Friendly expert advice. I’d say if you live within 100 miles then you would be well advised to contact Caledonian Environmental

First class service from Caledonia Environmental. I run the maintenance at a large residential care home where we had problems with one of our waste treatments plants. Aiden was extremely professional, attended quickly to diagnose the problem then returned to carry out the necessary repairs. His communication was great throughout and the price was very competitive. Caledonia Environmental came to the rescue at short notice to get our KlarGester Bio Disc tank back working again. Aiden came to survey the tank to find out the shaft through the Bio Disc packs had split and needed replacing with new shaft, bearings, bolts and a new drive motor and gear box, which were all over 20 years old. He had the parts ordered and work was completed within two weeks on the tank, now back up and running. Caledonia provide an excellent service, with professional advice and happy to keep an inquisitive customer fully informed on what was needed and what they were doing. I have no hesitation in recommending Aiden and his company, Caledonia Environmental and will be getting him back for regular servicing on the tank going forward.
