Our Klargester Biodisc was serviced today by Aiden. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable and totally self contained. He carried out a full service, fitted a new belt and a sensor. Really nice guy, great communication all the way from start to finish, I wish everyone was like that, the world would be a better place for it and life would much easier!

Aiden was first class from start to finish. He replaced the motor, bearing and belt on our Klargester and did a great job. His communication was perfect throughout, he arrived exactly when he said he would (he came to the Highlands from the Central Belt at 10:30 on a Sunday morning!), the job was tidy and any questions I had about the system he answered. He knows his stuff! I found Aiden very personable and I would highly recommend Caledonia Environmental.

Never having had my own "sewage treatment plant" I didn't know anything about looking after it. Aiden walked me through exactly how the system worked and what was needed to be done. He carried out a full service of the unit and saved me a few quid by advising that it didn't need emptying yet and I had at least another year before that would be required.

A really excellent experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his company to everyone.

Fantastic service from Caledonia Enviromental. Aiden came to our rescue and traveled a long way up to the Highlands to help out our emergancy. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He repaired and serviced our water treatment plant. His attitude and customer service was very good. Overall, Aiden was first class and would highly recommend to anyone, especially in the North of Scotland.

As happens, having been working perfectly our Klargester sewage pump station failed just prior to going on holiday. Truth is we needn’t have worried as Aiden kindly re-arranged his busy schedule and promptly came to the rescue.

What else is there to say? Well, Aiden arrived when he said he would, (actually he was early) he quickly and accurately diagnosed and corrected the problem while taking time to carefully check over the whole system to make sure that everything was working perfectly.

Truly a breath of fresh air (pun intended 🙂

We have been having ongoing problems with our domestic sewage dual pump system. I contacted Caledonia environmental to see if they could help and have been delighted with the customer service, work done and outcome. Aiden dealt with my enquiry promptly and also visited our site promptly- crucial with domestic sewage pump system. The service I received was professional and thorough. The problem was related to the floats and was dealt with on the day. I am now going to change my annual service to Caledonian Environmental. Would definitely recommend this company. Wow Caledonian Environmental and Aiden came to my rescue after we became desperate to find a solution to resolve my titan bio p6 pumping issue. We are in Norwich, England but having searched for professionals with a real knowledge of Titan klagester biotec sewage treatment units, we found Caledonian on Facebook. Their pages looked promising so I cheekily made contact. Aiden couldn’t have been more helpful, he even contacted me back in the evening with new ideas that solved my issues, that no other so called experts could. Friendly expert advice. I’d say if you live within 100 miles then you would be well advised to contact Caledonian Environmental

First class service from Caledonia Environmental. I run the maintenance at a large residential care home where we had problems with one of our waste treatments plants. Aiden was extremely professional, attended quickly to diagnose the problem then returned to carry out the necessary repairs. His communication was great throughout and the price was very competitive. Caledonia Environmental came to the rescue at short notice to get our KlarGester Bio Disc tank back working again. Aiden came to survey the tank to find out the shaft through the Bio Disc packs had split and needed replacing with new shaft, bearings, bolts and a new drive motor and gear box, which were all over 20 years old. He had the parts ordered and work was completed within two weeks on the tank, now back up and running. Caledonia provide an excellent service, with professional advice and happy to keep an inquisitive customer fully informed on what was needed and what they were doing. I have no hesitation in recommending Aiden and his company, Caledonia Environmental and will be getting him back for regular servicing on the tank going forward.
