The system was still operating, but it was well overdue a professional inspection – and several key components needed attention to prevent future breakdowns. - Replaced worn or empty grease cartridges for the drive-side bearing housing.
- Tested loss of rotation alarm by simulating a belt fault to confirm the alarm activates correctly.
- Inspected and tested control panel – all relays, timers, fuses, and capacitor function were checked. No rewiring required today.
The system was fully tested on completion and is now in excellent working order.
