Today we completed the major works: the drive train was rebuilt, bearings replaced using our lifting frame, and the loss-of-rotation system restored so the plant is safe, reliable, and compliant.

• Pulleys & locking element: New top and bottom pulleys fitted with a new locking element; alignment set.

• Bearings (DE & NDE): Removed and replaced using our own lifting frame for safe handling; rotor run-out checked.
• Loss-of-rotation system: New sensor and magnet installed; controller reset and verified.
• Control panel bulbs: Green and red indicators replaced; alarm functions tested.

The system now rotates smoothly with stable current draw. All alarms and indicators operate correctly following reinstatement.
