• Air blower: JDK-60 blower filter cleaned, diaphragms inspected, airflow measured and confirmed within spec.
• Control panel: Darcy Kingspan panel checked, fuses, relays and contactors inspected, alarm circuits tested, lamps proven.
• Spray cones: Inspected for blockages, confirmed clear and distributing evenly.
• Enkamat media: Checked for ponding/blinding, cleaned where required to restore aeration surface.
• Transfer baffle wall: Inspected for blockages or restrictions.
• Sludge levels: MLSS / sludge blanket depth measured to confirm desludge timing.
• Airlines: Integrity checked, back pressure measured, no leaks present.
• Tank structure: Covers, seals and chamber condition inspected.

Result: The BioTec is now operating correctly. Odours will fade within 12–24 hours as the treatment process stabilises.
