Why This Repair Matters
The drive system is one of the most important parts of a BioDisc sewage treatment plant. If the chain, pulleys or locking elements fail, the disc can stop rotating and the treatment process can quickly deteriorate.
This was a close call — if this system hadn't been repaired when it was, the consequences could’ve been far worse, including loss of treatment, further mechanical damage and full system downtime.
Replacing the alarm components also ensures the customer has warning if the system detects future rotation issues.
We provide BE BioDisc repairs, drive system replacements, servicing and alarm fault repairs across Ayrshire and the full of Scotland.
